Requirements

Functional Consultant / Business Analyst with 5+ years of total experience and at least one year of experience working directly with the Oracle Customer Care & Billing package
Functional areas within that are most needed include all meter-to-cash functions including billing, cancel / rebill, credit and collections, and rates
Experience with field order management and integration to metering systems is also helpful
Strong Analytical Skills Required
Strong written and verbal communications skills required
Should be able to understand end-to-end billing-related process flows within and to either solve directly or document and escalate any issues that are discovered
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field
