Business Analyst


Requirements

  • Functional Consultant / Business Analyst with 5+ years of total experience and at least one year of experience working directly with the Oracle Customer Care & Billing package

  • Functional areas within that are most needed include all meter-to-cash functions including billing, cancel / rebill, credit and collections, and rates 

  • Experience with field order management and integration to metering systems is also helpful

  • Strong Analytical Skills Required

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills required

  • Should be able to understand end-to-end billing-related process flows within and to either solve directly or document and escalate any issues that are discovered

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field
